ZoomInfo pricing: plans, credits and what drives the quote
Quick answer
ZoomInfo pricing is by quote: it publishes no prices for its sales and marketing packages. Each quote is built from seats, credits for exported records, add-ons and the contract length. Contracts typically run one to three years, are billed in advance and cannot be canceled early. Small teams can start free with ZoomInfo Lite, or buy pay-as-you-go credits through GTM AI. Prices checked on November 2, 2026.

How much does ZoomInfo cost?
ZoomInfo does not publish a price for any of its sales or marketing packages. Its pricing page offers a form, and a sales rep then quotes your team. Its pricing FAQ says the price depends on users, monthly exports and how deep the data goes.
That FAQ also says ZoomInfo's prices do not start at $15,000, a figure it says Cognism, Demandbase, Lusha, Apollo and others give. Its AI information page adds that third-party figures such as $14,995 a year are estimates or out of date.
Its annual report counts 1,921 customers with contracts worth $100,000 or more a year at the end of 2025. Together they held over half of its yearly contract value.
The exception is GTM AI, ZoomInfo's product for developers and AI agents, which lists pay-as-you-go prices.

ZoomInfo's packages at a glance
The six packages on ZoomInfo's pricing page on November 2, 2026, plus its free and pay-as-you-go ways in. None of the six shows a price. A CRM is a sales team's customer database. Intent data flags companies searching for products like yours, and ABM (account-based marketing) aims ads and outreach at chosen target companies.

What are ZoomInfo's pricing plans?
ZoomInfo's pricing page shows three sales plans and three marketing plans, all priced by quote. Sales runs from contact data (Professional) to buyer intent and workflows (Copilot Advanced and Copilot Enterprise). Marketing adds intent topics and ad audiences (Marketing Demand, ABM Lite and ABM Enterprise). Every tier includes the one below it, and Talent, for recruiters, is also sold by quote.
Quotes may use other names. ZoomInfo's AI information page says Copilot is no longer sold on its own; its AI now runs inside GTM Workspace, launched in October 2025. It also lists SalesOS as an old name for ZoomInfo Sales.

What drives the price of a ZoomInfo quote?
Seats, credits, data depth, add-ons such as integrations, and the contract set the price. ZoomInfo's pricing FAQ calls users, monthly exports and data depth the three core factors.

- Seats: ZoomInfo's pricing FAQ says it uses seat-based pricing, so every login adds to the quote. Its AI information page says there are no fixed seat tiers.
- Credits: one credit per record you export to a CSV file or a CRM. Each package includes a set number of credits.
- Data depth: the cost of credits depends on how deep the data goes. Basic credits cover company and contact details; richer ones add technographics (the tools a company uses), org charts and real-time alerts.
- Add-ons: Streaming Intent, which shows in real time when companies search for products like yours, is priced on how many keywords and accounts you track.
- Integrations: typically a base cost plus a minimum purchase of bulk credits, a pool the whole company shares.
- Contract: its FAQ says contract length and volume discounts also change the price.

How do ZoomInfo credits work?
One credit pays for one exported record. Each contact or company you export to a CSV file or a CRM uses one, from the web app, the Chrome extension or an integration. Looking at records uses no credits, but each user can reveal only a set number of contacts a month.
- Monthly credits belong to one user and refresh at midnight Pacific Time on the first of each month. They do not roll over or move to another user.
- Bulk credits are one shared pool for the company, used by automations such as Workflows. They expire at the end of the contract term.
- AI Action Credits, a third type, pay for AI work instead of records.
- A record you export stays free to export again for up to a year. When two users export the same record, each pays a credit.

What do ZoomInfo AI Action Credits cost?
On GTM AI, AI Action Credits cost a flat 5 cents each; on a ZoomInfo contract, your ZoomInfo rep sets the price. GTM AI's docs say AI credits and AI Action credits are one pool.

They pay for AI work, not records: AI columns in GTM Studio audiences, Agent Teams runs and research tools in ZoomInfo's MCP server. GTM Studio is ZoomInfo's workspace for audiences and automated plays. MCP is the link that lets assistants such as Claude use a tool. ZoomInfo's help center says use grows with each task's effort, data and complexity.
- Per task: about 1 to 20 credits per AI action, GTM AI's pricing FAQ says. Meeting prep on one account takes about 9 to 12.
- In dollars: 2,000 AI credits cost $100, which GTM AI says covers about 200 account or contact research calls.
- Agent Teams: each step that runs an agent uses credits, so plays with more steps or records use more.
- No preview in MCP: GTM AI's docs say ZoomInfo's MCP server shows no cost before a call.

What did ZoomInfo launch in October 2026, and what does it cost?
ZoomInfo's October 2026 product launch, Agent Teams, has no price of its own: it uses AI Action Credits billed against your existing ZoomInfo contract. A play shows its credit estimate before it starts, and your ZoomInfo rep gives the price.
Agent Teams are groups of AI agents that run a whole sales play. In ZoomInfo's example, a past buyer changes jobs. The agents spot the move, draft outreach and brief the account owner. The launch post says Agent Teams is part of GTM Studio, so it needs no new contract or separate purchase.
GTM Studio itself is sold by quote, and its product page says it is in early access. ZoomInfo's other October releases bring its data to ClickUp, n8n, Exa, Snowflake and Hunter, Salesforce's coming sales agent, through GTM AI. None of them lists a price.

What are ZoomInfo's contract terms and conditions?
A ZoomInfo contract typically runs one to three years and cannot be canceled before it ends. ZoomInfo's annual report says about 53% of its contracts, by yearly value, run more than one year. It typically bills each year, half year or quarter in advance.
Its license terms say the agreement is not cancellable. You can end it early only after a serious breach left unfixed for 21 days, by mutual agreement, or when ZoomInfo misses a guarantee.
- Renewal: an admin must opt out of auto-renewal in the Billing Portal at least 60 days before the renewal date. Once turned off, it cannot be turned back on.
- Guarantees: 99.9% uptime and 95% accurate contacts. If ZoomInfo keeps missing either after your notice, you can end the contract and get back prepaid fees for the time left.
- Payment: fees are due on signing, or within 30 days of the invoice if no schedule is set. Late payments can carry 1.5% interest a month.
- Seats: each login is for one named employee. Sharing a login counts as buying another seat for the rest of the term.
- Adding seats or credits: admins can buy more by card in the Admin Portal, up to $25,000 a purchase. New seats join the existing contract, priced for the time left.
- Private pricing: the license terms treat your pricing as ZoomInfo's confidential information.

Is there a free version of ZoomInfo?
Yes: ZoomInfo Lite is free, and the main platform has a free trial. ZoomInfo calls Lite a permanent free plan with no credit card or commitment. Each month it gives anyone with a business email a set number of credits, and each credit reveals one contact's business email and phone number. Credits do not roll over, and current or past premium customers cannot sign up.
Sharing data is optional: connect your work email or CRM to share business contacts, and the Community Edition adds more monthly credits.
The free trial typically lasts 7 days and needs no credit card. ZoomInfo says it covers core features such as search, intent signals and email outreach, with usage limits.

What does ZoomInfo cost pay as you go?
Through GTM AI, ZoomInfo data costs 25 to 45 cents a record at list price. GTM AI sells ZoomInfo's data to developers and AI agents. They reach it through an API (a way for software to ask for data), a command-line tool (CLI) or an MCP server.

A new account gets 1,000 data credits and 1,000 AI credits free, with no credit card. After that you top up from $20, with no contract and no seat fees. A data credit pays for one company, contact or intent record filled in with ZoomInfo data or exported; AI credits cost 5 cents each.
- 100 data credits: $45, or 45 cents each.
- 1,000 data credits: $410, or 41 cents each.
- 10,000 data credits: $3,800, or 38 cents each.
- 100,000 data credits: $25,000, or 25 cents each.
- First purchase: 70% off your first data credit top-up, for a limited time.
- Free: search, lookup and find similar never use credits.
- Expiry: GTM AI's FAQ says credits expire 12 months after they are granted. Its price calculator says otherwise, so check before you buy a large pack.

What does one real job cost on ZoomInfo and on OXYGEN?
A profile and work email for 1,000 contacts cost $410 at GTM AI's list price, and about $92 in credits on OXYGEN. The job: 1,000 people a month, with names, companies and LinkedIn URLs, each needing a profile and work email.
GTM AI charges one data credit per new contact it fills in, so the job uses 1,000 credits: $410 at the 1,000-credit price. A new account's 1,000 free credits cover it once, and the first top-up is 70% off for a limited time. On a ZoomInfo package, the same 1,000 exports use 1,000 credits, at a price only your quote shows.
On OXYGEN, the cheapest monthly bill that covers the job is about $99: the $99 plan. OXYGEN reads each LinkedIn profile, then tries up to 17 email providers in turn, on plan credits or your own keys.
On plan credits, the cost assumes 900 emails are found; with a LinkedIn URL on every row, a lookup that finds nothing is free. On your own keys, each lookup also pays a small OXYGEN fee, even one that finds nothing. Our Clay pricing guide prices a similar job on Clay.
- 1,000 LinkedIn profiles at about $0.01 each.
- 900 work emails found at about $0.085 each.
- 900 email checks at about $0.00225 each. Where a domain accepts all mail, a second check costs $0.017, assumed for 20% of addresses.
- Mobile numbers cost extra: GTM AI lists mobile phone data and annual volume pricing with its enterprise plans. OXYGEN charges about $0.99 per number found.

What is a cheaper alternative to ZoomInfo?
The cheapest ways to start are free tiers and tools with public prices and no long contract. ZoomInfo's AI information page names business-to-business (B2B) companies with 100 or more employees as its best fit. For solo users who need a few contacts a month, it says Lite may be enough. Among ZoomInfo alternatives, Apollo is closest: a contact database with email outreach built in.
- ZoomInfo Lite: free monthly credits for one person with a business email.
- GTM AI: ZoomInfo's data on credits, with no contract and top-ups from $20.
- Apollo: a free plan, and Basic at $49 a seat a month billed yearly, or $65 billed monthly.
- OXYGEN, which publishes this guide: one plan per workspace from $49 a month and no seat fees. It bills monthly, or yearly at a discount. On plan credits, email and phone finders charge only on a hit.

How do you negotiate a ZoomInfo contract?
Know your seats, your monthly exports and your renewal date before the first call, and ask for more than one quote.
- Ask for quotes at one year and at two or three years, and compare the yearly cost of each.
- Agree the billing schedule before you sign. Sales sets payment frequency with you, and the billing team takes requests for longer payment terms.
- Test the data first with the free trial, or GTM AI's free credits, on your own target accounts.
- Note the date 60 days before renewal, the last day an admin can turn off auto-renewal.

What OXYGEN does not do here
- No contact database of its own: people searches run through data providers on credits, or through Apollo's database on your own Apollo key.
- No buyer intent topics or display ad network, which ZoomInfo's packages include.
- No Salesforce sync; HubSpot syncs both ways.
- Your own provider keys need a paid plan, from the $99 plan.
